This is a beautiful BRAND NEW WITH TAG - NEVER WORN/NEVER ALTERED mermaid dress by Alvina Valenta with a soft ivory satin bodice in a sweetheart neckline and a gorgeous organza skirt with cascading horse-edge tulle. This dress will arrive in April 2014 and will never even have been tried on. I absolutely love this dress but decided after purchasing it that my heart was still with a ballgown that I had tried on before. This is a really good deal if you are looking for a brand new dress at a much more affordable price. It can also be easily altered to a smaller size due to the way the dress is made (one layer silk bodice and the height of the skirt can be easily adjusted to your liking) and doesn't come with the belt on the picture.
