Never been worn. White strapless tulle ball gown - sweetheart neckline - lace appliques - tiered handkerchief skirt- layered tulle. Slight alterations already made, but very minimal. Took in half inch from side and 1 inch from bottom. Bustle already ready to go. I have a video showing bustle if you need it.
