Dress is brand new. Never worn. No alterations. Has stayed in the bag. It is a beautiful flowy dress with amazing lace detail. I didn't want to take it off when I tried it on. The lace sleeves comes down the arms and caps the top of the hands. Ivory buttons are up the back and the top is nude so the lace looks like it is just on the body. It comes with extra buttons that are meant to be sewn all the way down the back of the dress and a beautiful rose gold and pink belt to go around the waist for a pop of color.
