Very elegant, fit and flare, off the shoulder Justin Alexander dress. Never worn!  The dress features an illusion cut out at the bust for a hint of modern style.  The soft fabric with princess seams drapes beautifully with a substantial lining.  Added buttons from the designer down the back center.  Never worn and with tags.  Has been slightly let out in the hip area but never hemmed.  ACCEPTING OFFERS!  
Custom rhinestone belt that fits the full circumference of a size 4 with white velvet sash ends to fit a bigger waist.  The belt can be attached to the dress.  The belt is optional for additional cost of $250.
