This is a beautiful mikado silk wedding dress from Victor Harper. Even though the overall design is very simple, the luxurious fabric and sweetheart neckline really makes this dress elegant. Mikado silk fabric has this shimmer that adds texture and dimension to the dress. When I was dress-shopping, this one really stood out and I immediately knew this was "the one". The dress has French bustle. Current condition: It is dry cleaned by Elegance Preserved, the leading wedding dress cleaning and preservation firm in the nation. There is a stamp-sized, faded, red-wine stain towards the bottom of the dress that could not get removed through cleaning service. Also, it might be best to cut the hem a little.
