This beautiful, ivory wedding dress is the iconic “Grace” gown from Monique L’huillier’s spring collection in 2010. I purchased this in 2011 at the Monique L’Huillier store on Melrose in LA. This beautiful, ivory wedding dress has a long A-line silhouette and sweetheart neckline. The dress was altered to remove the sheer illusion lace top over the cleavage, creating a strapless gown. Scalloped lace trim at the bottom with a 22-inch slit in the back from the bottom. Dress is satin-lined with a double layer and organza as part of the skirt; comes with the detachable multi layered tulle overlay skirt as seen on the runway.
Dress fit me comfortably at 5’8” tall and 138lbs. I wore the over skirt for the ceremony and took off for the reception for two looks in one.
Dress is size 10, detachable skirt is size 8.
Detachable tulle skirt with satin tie. Skirt has four layers of soft tulle, and one structured tulle base layer. Skirt is 62 inches center back to the floor, and 45 inches from the front.
Dress includes easily adjustable hook and eye clasp belt for A-line dress if tulle skirt is removed.
Very comfortable and easy to move in.
