This is an absolutely STUNNING v-neck ballgown with full, gorgeous skirt of raw-edged, draped organza fabric from the Vera Wang White collection. It is a size 6, it was a bit tight so it was altered out about 1/2 an inch to fit a true size 6. The retail price was $1400. It is ivory in color, and beautiful with any skin tone. The construction of this gown is excellent! The princess-seamed bodice structure is incredible with interior support, is fully lined and has a waist defining wrapped tulle exterior that is extremely figure flattering with a zip enclosure in the back. If you are looking to add a little sparkle or personalize with your wedding colors - this dress really shines with a sash! The full skirt's gorgeous layers can be accentuated by utilizing an A-line or full underskirt.
This dress offers a feminine, romantic, yet classic silhouette. It is comfortable with the shoulder straps, and you don't have to worry about pulling up the bust all night. The size runs pretty true to normal sizes. If you are normally a size 6, this dress should fit you well. This dress has been evaluated by an alterations specialist, who said there is extra fabric on either side of the bodice that can be used if the dress needs to be let out. So if you are busty or more like a size 6-8 normally, the dress does have room to accommodate alterations. This is a lot of dress being offered for a low price. There is no visible wear to this dress. There are only minor defects inside the bodice from trying it on and taking it off - like a small spot of cosmetic (make-up) rub off on the inside of the bodice, and some minor scuffing around the bottom inside layer from trying it on and walking inside the house in it. I do not think it needs to be cleaned whatsoever, and is ready to wear. It was cleaned after photos to ensure proper preservation!
