The dress was only worn once and was never worn on grass or rough ground, so it's in great shape.
The dress has lace across the bodice with a tuft of tulle that comes down the front and then blends into the very pouffy tulle skirt. It's a very fun dress as it feels a bit like a ball gown but without the sharp lines of a ball gown.
The train connects in the back via a variety of small hooks. It's not just one connection - there are 8 or 10 of them - giving the back a puffiness too. It looks like one of them might have a couple of tiny rips in the tulle, about the size of a pencil eraser (see photos). But it's not noticeable since there's so much volume in the skirt. The dress has been altered slightly in height to fit my 5 ft 5 inch frame (with heels).
The only other blemish on the dress are two small spots at the very bottom of the dress, it is a layer of tulle so it is very thing fabric and I would think that a cleaner could get them out. See photo.
